Jim I got the Berkley Reflex 10 foot Spinning Rod with glow tip at BPS last Sunday for $19.99. The 7-8 foot ones were $14.99 and 9-10 foot ones were $19.99. They got em on sale, great deals!!
Stinkbait is great, daughter makes it every day for me.

I did have one problem with the led lights in the rod. The top light in the lower section stopped working. So since I do tournament catfishing, I set up what sounded like a sweet deal . They sent me the new replacement, then I sent the defective one back. Here's the hang up , to ship it back they wanted $9.95 for S&H plus I had to pay the cost of shipping the old one back - which was about $2 less for some reason. I mean I used the same tube and packing slip pouch, so go figure? I'm not the brightest flashlight in the boat, but it sounds like I sure paid a lot for their problem. I love the rod and it intended use, but their warranty policy sure leaves something to be desired.

That does sound like you got screwed just a bit. Most of the time I have sent something back defective, the most I ever paid was shipping one item. Usually I ended up getting a new item and a refund on my shipping. Will think twice about patronizing Berkley rods again.
