I fish quite often and consistently catch blues in the 8-20lb range in rivers and resevoirs on various baits with rod and reel and with jugs. I know there are bigger fish out there but I can't seem to find them. I typically use 6/0 hooks with cut shad and I've been thinking of buying 12/0 hooks or even larger and using large whole shad. Any ideas would help. |
