Cheese dip bait

I have done a lot of surfing. There is a lot of info on scenting the cheese bait. The info I cannot find though is how to at low cost take the discarded cheese from the cheese factory and turn it into a sticky paste. That is the first thing I want to figure out. Then I will look into scenting the cheese bait. Thanks for the help.
