Hey all,
I just joined the forum today and wanted to say hello. I live in Nokesville Va, lately I've been driving down to Pony Pasture in Richmond fishing the James river. I'd love to find some local fishing enthusiasts to go fishing with, seems my friends aren't as serious about it as I am. I'd like to try and find a few off shore places to go locally (I'm about 20 minutes from Potomac river in Woodbridge, Virginia). I have a 17' bass boat but it is currently not working and I don't know when I'll have the time to fix it so it's shore fishing for now. The closest access point for me is Leesylvania State Park, if anyone has a nice spot around there to recommended for big cats please let me know. Great forum and thanks for having me!

Thanks guys! Does anyone know a good place on the Occoquan to fish? I got the boat running but it won't go more than 5 mph, so still a work in progress!
