I've fished Clinton a lot and all I've caught there are channels. That don't mean they aren't there but I don't think there's many. My biggest channel this year has been less than 5-lb. Others have caught bigger.

I HAVE FISHED IN DEEP WATER 50 TO 70 FT ROCK SHELVES THAT ARE DEEP WITH CUT SHAD AND HAVE HAD NO LUCK IN STOCKTON LAKE, MO. IN THE SUMMER DAYS HAVE NO PROBLEMS CATCHING BIG CATS BUT THIS COLD WATER HAS GOT ME STUMPED.NEVER HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE. |
