Howdy yall, who do you guys think makes the best most realistic sound deer call? I have used a few but they seem to have an echo sound to them. Thanks. |

Tim, I use hunter's specialties "tru-talker". I like it because you can make a wide range of calls. Everything from a fawn bleat to a gutteral grunt. It also comes with a lanyard and is rubber coated so it's really quiet should it bump something. |

Hello all.....i usualy use my own voice but one deer call i picked up last year brought alot of deer in....quaker boy ...called "the pipe"...fawn distress/doe bleat...they are hard to find around here as id like to get a few more but they are worth looking for...best call ive ever used and ive used alot of them..i think our deer our getting call shy i nsome areas as some guys use them way too much and at the wrong times or get busted by deer when using them......when i used the pipe in conjunction with rattling antlers last year the results were impressive..email me if i can be of any help...good luck all |

I like a particular "WoodsWise" that I bought about 12 years ago. Have not seen another one since then, like it. Do not know the name of it, but it has wood on both ends of the tube. Sound familiar? It does a great buck grunt when exhaling and a decent doe bleat when inhaling. It does have an adjustment ring inside, but I never change the settings. Kutter

Until our company Cannon Country Game Calls, Inc. went out of business I would say ours was the best on the market. It accounted for numerous deer being killed. Buck Gardner makes a great deer grunt as does Hunter's Specialties with their tru-talker. God bless. |
