IDEAS PLEASE. I need the help of the board members. I use tree stands but our rifle season is in late November and it is cold up here in Manitoba then. One morning this year it was -27C (COLD). I would like to design a rap around for the stand. I saw one in the Deer portion of Cabalas but it was $199 US. Has anybody did this for their own tree stands? I welded up my own stands and they are very similar to the bought ones with a few personal alterations.

Jim, You might try using some of the camo fabric that is available in different patterns. If you have the fabrications skills to make the stand, then a little support frame for the camo fabric should not be a big deal for you. Check ebay, there are always some different patterns for sale on that website.
Ah, the heck with it. Let's go fishing.

Try to find one in Snow Camo. It works on cloudy days. I'm a ground hugger in the winter. Hope this was of some help Ron
