got my first ever deer back from processing this weekend. I have 24lbs hot deer sticks 8lbs reg. deer sticks,4lbs hot jerky, 4 lbs bbq jerky, center loin roast, center loin chops, back straps, steaks, 10 lbs ground deer, heck I think a couple other things too. Kids and I ate probably way to much jerky and deer sticks for one day, but what the heck. I made some chops last night, for my first time ever, they came out scrumpdilicious, kids and I ate it all, only bad thing is I didnt have any left over for lunch today. and I have one week left to try and get another one...yahooooooo
