went to the river in the heat of the day - set out 4 different baits - 3 cattracker dips, and shrimp that was soaked in vanilla - as usual, the first fish hit junnies sewer dip; he was less than a pound, and i let him go - i got several more hits on the sewer and missed 3 more small ones...then i decided to reel in the pole snatcher dip and there was my new record - it was a speckled catfish that went 2 1/2 to maybe 3 inches - i couldn't believe the little booger was there - i looked as i was reeling in the line, and i thought "what is a minnow doing on my hook? i didn't bring minnows" ROFL...he was a cute little booger tho
