man. this fella close to home here has a dream pond in his back yard. no not me but i do have some 5# cats in my koi pond. this fella has some 20# and all sorts smaller in his. i went with a friend yesterday eve. he called him and asked if we could bring the cam and have some fun. this pond is oh 100' or so across and full of whoppers. first catch. within 10 min.  shortly after retreving my 6/0 gam circle from the lip and snapping this and releasing my buddies tiger pole doubled over and about took off. this 14# was on the shad. and his kahyle hook  the next was 15 or so min later and only a few #'s caught by brian and then i got this one as the sun was setting.  soon after brian caught another 5#er and i put on garlic liver set my clicker. 15 min later buzz and off to the races it went. all in all 1 hour 6 fish and all togather close to 30#'s. fun.  all these fish were released just after pic.  if it bleeds !!!!!cookit!!!!!! don't do today what you can put off untill next week. that clears time to fish! | ||

Jeremy, nice fish and pics. I have a couple of ponds like that around where I live but no cats just bream, crappie and that other fish that no one seems to want to talk about.  if I can't fix it it's not broke | ||

ya and the guy wasn't happy. brian called his his girlfriend and she said come on out. she negleacted telling him until he came out and kind of said brian i don't rem ya asking this time. he told him he called theresa and asked fro his cell # and she said come on out your ok. then he said ok as long as ya asked. still didn't seem to happy. kind of made me feel uncomfortable but still had fun. if it bleeds !!!!!cookit!!!!!! don't do today what you can put off untill next week. that clears time to fish! | ||

yeah i know the feeling. i have a friend that tells me to come on out any time to fish at his house. he lives in a subdivision with the backyards surrounding a nice pair of small lakes. he is a very nice guy but i know to ask before comeing over even though he says come up and bring your boys anytime. when we are there he tells us the back doors open if ya gotta use the potty you know where it is and he has a refrigerator in his garage with pop . we take pop with us and leave what we dont drink and if we bring minnows we leave them in a large minnow tank and we pick up after ourselves ,but like i say ...i call before each trip and always get the same response ...you dont hafta call just come on up man and bring the boys lol. i still call i wouldn't feel right if i didn't. by the way nice pics man . bet those were fun to catch. gotta love those small ponds for action.
